Command has no repeat no objection in principle to turn to British

Teritorios of former residents of those territories subject to security

clearance and it is proposed that as circumstances allow an increasing

number of permits will be issued without discrimination as to nationality(.)

For the time being however numbers that can be admitted are small and

selection is subject to priority in accordance with Military and

Administrational requirements
